Reheating Instructions For Party Foods Baking Instructions  

Dinner Rolls: Preheat oven to 400° F Bake rolls, uncovered, on a cookie sheet for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Baking Instructions for Lasagna Preheat oven to 400° F

Lasagna: **The lasagna is covered with plastic wrap to prevent corrosion of the foil and also to hold in moisture and a foil lid. Leave both on for first segment of baking.** Place lasagna on a baking sheet or in a larger pan to catch any drips that may bubble out during baking. Bake lasagna covered for 1-1/2 hours. Remove foil lid and plastic wrap, spread cold red sauce on top and continue baking 20 minutes or until sauce is hot and edges of pan are boiling. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and melt for 10 minutes. Lasagna should be baked to 160˚F.

Ravioli: Boil ravioli until they float and are soft like pillows (10-15 min.). Meanwhile, heat sauce in a separate pan over medium-low heat. Drain ravioli thoroughly, ladle hot sauce over hot ravioli and serve.

Cannelloni: Preheat oven to 400° F Bake cannelloni covered for 15-20 minutes. Uncover pan and continue baking 5-10 minutes or until cannelloni reaches 160˚F and tops of are lightly browned. Meanwhile, heat extra sauce in a separate pan on the stove-top over medium-low heat. Ladle hot sauce over hot cannelloni and serve. 

All Pastas and Chicken: Preheat oven to 375° F Remove plastic wrap, if any, from under the foil lid. Bake for 15 to 20 min or until heated through to 160˚F. Larger pans may need a bit longer.
