Mama Maria's Full Service Catering Will Meet All Your Needs!

Labor is charged separately according to the size of each individual event. A Catering Coordinator is required for all events at $20.00 per hour. Chefs are often required at events for on-site food preparation at $15.00 per hour. Licensed Bartenders are available as required by law to have at events providing alcoholic beverages at $15.00 per hour. Additional Staff members, usually 2 staff members per 35 guests, are required for most events at $10.00 per staff member per hour. More staff maybe required as determined by the Catering Coordinator for events involving family style service or plated service.
Deposit Payment and Contract Information
All events will require a signed contract and $200.00 deposit to reserve our catering services and your calendar date. Cancellation of an event less than 30 days prior to the event will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
We accept cash, check, and money orders, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Payment is due the day of services. If paying by Credit Card, we will need the card information and expiration date no later than 24 hours prior to the date of services.
Set up and Delivery Fee
$150.00 set-up and delivery fee is required for all events, this includes Chaffers, utensils, linens and skirting for your Buffet table, fresh greenery arranged on the table and description cards of your entrée choices for you and your guests.
