Bruschetta Platter -  Two pieces each of the following thick slices of crusty, toasted bread:
    Classic Cheese Bread (melted local all natural mozzarella cheese)
    Brettini (caramelized onions and Gorgonzola cheese)
    Mediterraneo (kalamata olives, roasted red peppers and pepperoncini peppers)
    Pomodori (fresh relish of roma tomatoes, basil, balsamic vinegar and olive oil)

Pizza Napoli  A rustic rosemary flavored focaccia crust topped with sun-dried tomato pesto, and house made fresh mozzarella cheese, baked and topped with fresh sweet basil and tangy balsamic vinegar reduction.

Stuffed Artichoke Hearts  Artichoke hearts filled with a tangy blend of cheeses and baked in our parmesan cream sauce

Calamari  Small, tender calamari sliced thin, lightly breaded and briefly fried then served with fresh lemon and marinara.

Cappelletti Bite sized pasta pieces filled with meat and cheese and deep fried golden brown, tossed with aged parmesan cheese and served with both tomato meat and parmesan cream sauces for dipping. Try what everyone is talking about!

Baked Brie  Soft, creamy Brie cheese baked with sliced almonds and served with a whole roasted head of garlic, fresh fruit and garlic crostini.

Crab Cakes Maria   Crabmeat seasoned and mixed with onions, bell peppers, and Dijon mustard, breaded and sauteed golden brown.  Served over seasoned black beans and finished with a zesty chipotle pepper aioli.

Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms  Topped with mozzarella cheese and baked in our rich tomato meat sauce.

Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms  Filled with shrimp and crabmeat dressing, topped with mozzarella cheese and baked in our parmesan cream sauce.

Antipasto Salad  Crisp, fresh salad greens and fresh vegetables tossed with our homemade Italian dressing and garnished with marinated artichokes, sliced olives, hardboiled egg and a selection of meats and cheeses.

Mama Maria's Caesar Salad  Fresh romaine lettuce tossed with Parmesan, garlic croutons and homemade creamy Caesar dressing. Garnished with tomatoes, marinated artichokes and red onions.
Or add sliced grilled chicken.         

Warm Country Chevre, Grilled Pear and Dried Cranberry Salad  Bass Lake Cheese Factory's excellent "Country Chevre" goat cheese crusted with pistachio breadcrumbs and baked then served over mixed baby greens with sliced of grilled pear, dried cranberries and raspberry vinaigrette.

Grilled Chicken Mandarin Salad  Char-grilled chicken breast atop mixed greens with mandarin oranges, fresh tomato and cucumber, sliced water chestnuts, roasted red pepper and cashews. Served with our homemade honey-dijon dressing.

Grilled Tenderloin Beef Salad  Slices of grilled beef tenderloin on a bed of mixed greens garnished with julienne carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, egg, pickled mushrooms and red onion. Served with our creamy garlic dressing.

Mama's Hot Bacon Spinach Salad  Fresh spinach with walnuts, red onions, sliced pears, hard boiled egg wedges and crumbled Gorgonzola cheese topped with a hot bacon vinaigrette dressing.

Tacchino Pesto  Slices of lean turkey breast layered with fresh spinach, bacon and caramelized onions on toasted focaccia dressed with fresh basil pesto on one side and sun-dried tomato pesto on the other.

Beer Battered Walleye Sandwich  Mild, flaky walleye fillet coated with flavorful beer batter, fried golden brown and served on a toasted hoagie with spicy chipotle aioli, lettuce and tomato.

Monte Cristo  Three slices of Vienna bread layered with ham, turkey, mozzarella and cream cheese.  Batter dipped, grilled, dusted with powdered sugar and served with strawberry sour cream.

Hot Sicilian Hoagie  Ham, salami and pepperoni on a grilled hoagie with melted mozzarella, romaine lettuce, tomatoes and Caesar dressing.

Grilled Chicken Ciabatta  Tender chicken breast basted with olive oil and garlic then grilled and served on toasted ciabatta bread with aioli, fresh spinach, red onion, tomato and mozzarella cheese.

Personal Pizza  A small, raised crust pizza with our classic pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese and your choice of up to three toppings.

Alfredo con Pollo  Fettuccine tossed with garlic cream sauce and sauteed chicken.

Tortellini alla Fini  Cheese filled tortellini tossed with ham, onions, mushrooms, garlic and baby sweet peas in our parmesan cream sauce.

Seafood Alfredo  Shrimp, scallops, onions, garlic and mushrooms tossed with fettuccine in a parmesan cream sauce.

Fusilli con Pollo Primavera   Fusilli pasta tossed with tender chicken pieces and fresh garden vegetables in a white wine parmesan cream sauce.

Ravioli   Cheese filled pasta pillows topped with your choice of our red meat sauce, marinara or parmesan cream sauce.

Canneloni Classico  Fresh pasta sheets rolled around seasoned pork, spinach, ham, ricotta and mozzarella cheese then baked and topped with our rich tomato meat sauce or our parmesan cream sauce.

Champagne Chicken  Tender breast of chicken lightly breaded sauteed until golden and glazed with champagne sauce.

Chicken Angela 
   A tender chicken breast sauteed with portabella mushrooms, shallots , sun-dried tomatoes, crushed red pepper and garlic in a rich Marsala cream sauce.   

Walleye Pike  Choose either beer battered and deep-fried or oven broiled with creamy artichoke and parmesan topping. Served with pasta primavera.

Fillet of Salmon  Fresh Atlantic fillet char-grilled and served on a bed of fresh spinach with a creamy lemon-dill sauce.
